SILO starts 2018 with a reinforcement of the team. At the beginning of January, Rogier Coopmans started as Marketing and Communication Specialist. In this role, he will help to create greater brand awareness and position SILO as a strategic design agency.
Rogier studied Arts & Culture at Maastricht University and has previously worked for Total Active Media, Dutch Design Fashion Architecture and as Public Relations Specialist at architect practice Mecanoo. He was part of the Gispen and Mecanoo team that launched the Room to Learn platform and the award-winning furniture series HUBB. For this, he worked together with SILO, which helped define the collaboration between Gipsen and Mecanoo at a strategic level and developed the online knowledge platform for oom to Learn.
In 2013, he traveled the world to meet up with all his Facebook friends. Rogier lives in The Hague and has two cats – one black, one white – that are as different as day and night.
